Ana Royo “CEO”

Ana RoyoAna leads this young and dynamic team. She leaves the day-to-day operations to them so that she can concentrate on Product Development and Representative Relations. Traveling to all the major travel shows allows Ana to meet with clients all over the globe. Ana has over 30 years experience in the travel industry, running one of the largest car rental agencies in Panama before opening Experience Panama. Founding member of the Panama Conventions and Visitors Bureau, President of APOTUR (Association of Panamanian Tour Operators) from 2004 to 2009, member of Board of Directors of the Panamanian Chamber of Tourism, leader of the first tourism cluster in Panama called “The Path between Two Oceans” and active member of Skål Club International. She worked for the development of the Panama Sustainable Tourism Master Plan 2007-2020, representing the private sector.
 

Elena Tommaselli “Marketing”

Elena TommaselliOriginally from Italy, Elena joined Experience Panama after graduating at the International Master in Tourism, MIB School of Management (Italy). Having traveled and worked extensively throughout Europe, Oceania and other parts of the world, she brings a wealth of creativity and innovation to the team. She is specialised in marketing and sales and keeps the International relations of the company.
 

Omaira Martinez “Sales Manager”

Omaira MartinezOmaira has been with Experience Panama for the last 2 years. She has several years of experience in Operations in a local partner tourism company specialized in adventure travels. Her extensive knowledge of Panama and the products we offer is invaluable to our clients wanting something a little bit different.

In this way we can ensure that you are provided with the right guide for the right program. Our guides possess expertise in a variety of areas and languages and all of them have first aid knowledge. Some of them are still working part-time as guides for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.
We can provide guides to conduct tours in English, French, German and Italian, on request.
