Sierra Llorona Panama Lodge is located on the mountainous outskirts of Panama Canal’s watershed, in the Province of Colon, between Soberania and Chagres National Park at 300 meters ( 1,000 feet ) above sea level, with yearly temperature from 23° to 27°C (73º to 81ºF ). Because of its advantageous location it offers an enviable panoramic view of the north entrance of the Canal. From this point you can view Colon City , Galeta Island , Las Minas Bay and the Caribbean . The Lodge is surrounded by a lush green paradise of 200 hectares of private tropical rainforest with abundant lianas, orchids and bromeliaceae, trees, palms and ferns. There are also Insects, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and about 160 species of birds who are residents or migrating.
Day 1 – Transfer from the city or airport to the Lodge. Once settled, tour the surroundings during the day and
at night bird watching.
Overnight at Sierra Llorona Lodge. L.D.
Day 2 – Breakfast and bird watching tour. In the afternoon hours, transfer to the city or the Airport.
